Kenny loves a good competition, both personally and professionally. So it makes sense that he would return to Ernest, the company that launched his packaging career, after a decade of working for a competitor. As our General Manager, he is keeping his competitive nature on the golf course and has become passionate about sharing his years of knowledge and experience with the younger members of our sales force. And if you ask Kenny what day was his favorite day at Ernest, he’ll tell you it was the day he came back. We have to agree and couldn't be happier to have him.

For Ross, hopping on his motorcycle is a great way to relax and unwind. With a big job at Ernest, and a family that includes a lovely wife and four kids, we understand why it might be nice to get out on the open road every now and then. But Ross isn't the type to spend too much time away.

He loves taking on challenges and even reports getting a little "adrenaline rush" when he knows he's given a customer exactly what they need.

For a lot of us, life is a juggling act. With all the balls Brian keeps in the air at one time, it's nothing less than an art form. Years back, working on cruise ships and as a manager of a rock band, even now as a single dad of two boys, Dallas and Dylan, Brian always seems to have a lot on his plate. He’s even the President of his city's Little League.

Amazingly, when it comes to his work as Vice President and head of our Consulting practice, he’s just as energetic. With his attitude of making customers comfortable, understanding their needs and objectives while still having fun, Brian is a great asset to his clients and to us. We look forward to many more years of trying to keep up with him.

Al is a man of many talents. Whether it’s mastering games on the computer, Xbox and PlayStation, or applying his creativity to finding the right substrate for a client’s packaging needs, he loves a challenge. He’s definitely a dreamer - that’s part of the creative process - but he’s also a realist when it comes to packaging design. Al knows that even the most breakthrough idea isn’t valuable unless it can be manufactured. So, for him, that’s the ultimate test of a job well done.

Linda remembers when Ernest Paper became Ernest Packaging Solutions, and is still inspired by the feeling of pride and excitement on that day. She attributes her 18-year tenure with the company to the strong sense of family that permeates the organization. She loves being part of the team.
