Randy is living proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks! In his time here at Ernest, he’s also taught us a thing or two. That’s because he’s passionate about learning new things.  In fact, Randy, a lifelong hoops player, recently picked up a golf club and is now loving his new game. He applies that same passion to his work, where he’s constantly learning new ways to streamline our operations and keep us moving forward. One thing that does stay constant in Randy’s life is his love for his wife of 23 years, their three kids, and their golden retriever.

According to Clint, when someone else improves, we all improve. That’s why he’s all in when it comes to helping make a difference. He’s passionate about furthering others’ success and isn’t one to settle for doing things a certain way just because that’s how it’s always been done. By striving to learn more and finding creative ways to solve challenges, he actively helps his clients and co-workers create a better tomorrow. His belief in continuous improvement makes him a motivational force at Ernest Packaging, and very busy at home. Whether it’s working in the yard, playing sports, or camping, he loves anything he can do to share great times with family and friends.

Commitment is an Ernest Packaging hallmark and Jamie demonstrates that characteristic in every aspect of her life. Since she joined our customer service team at the tender age of 17, she has shown her dedication and support to every department and many of our customers. Jamie puts her heart into everything she does — at work, at home with her loving family, and even as an avid fan of actor Johnny Depp.

Considering that she calls herself an "Ernest lifer," we're pretty sure we can count on Jamie staying here for the long haul. Unless, of course, she wins the lottery. In that case, we hope she'll take her entire Ernest family on a vacation before retiring young!
